I would like to thank Cindy for helping us finding our new happy home. She has been very helpful from start to finish and make sure everything is ok. She helped us transfer the utilities, contact the landlord to fixed little things with prompt reply. She’s nice, fantastic to work with and easy to communicate. A true professional. This is now the third property we've worked on with Dorothy since moving to Hong Kong 5 years ago. Dorothy is excellent. She goes above and beyond to help out her clients. For example, in our last place, she was extremely helpful in coordinating and resolving any issues between us and the landlord over the course of our tenancy. Dorothy is extremely efficient as well, she is always very prompt and clear in her communications, and whenever we need anything, she is always extremely accommodating. Finally, Dorothy is also very nice and pleasant to be around and has a great personality. So all in all, we are extremely happy and grateful for our interactions with Dorothy; she has made house/apartment hunting a relatively stress-free activity for us over the years.

Colin represented the best of rental agents. From the start, he was careful to discern our requirements and showed us what we wanted. He did not waste our time and responded promptly to our views, picking up quickly what would not suit us. He was patient and not pushy. He sensitively intervened and protected us from aggressive agents and worked collaboratively with others. His empathy, clarity and professionalism meant that we did not want or need any other agent. When the deal was done, his excellent after sale service setting up all utilities and services meant we had no worries about moving in from day 1. We would certainly recommend Colin to anyone looking for a home in Hong Kong.
