My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range. Fortunately for us Sonam knew exactly what we were looking for and proactively showed us an apartment that we immediately loved. Could not be more grateful for her proactivity and resourcefulness in helping us find our dream apartment.

The rare quality of Dorothy as a property agent is that she doesn't pressure you at all for decisions. She allows you the time to make the best decision for you and your family - she's a mom and a grandma! I like that she sends listings online and that it is very efficient and minimizes wasted time running around hong kong. I have already recommended her to a few friends and I'm very happy to do so. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
