My wife and I used Sonam as our real estate agent for a rental apartment in October 2022. She was referred to us by a friend who had previously used Sonam. Sonam seemed to know the landlord well and have his trust, and she helped us achieve terms that met our parameters. Apart from selecting and securing the property itself, Sonam was also helpful in recommending or referring third parties like movers to assist in our move. Before, during and after the move, Sonam has remained involved in discussions with the landlord, getting renovations completed by him and helping us with utilities and other related matters. She has acted professionally throughout and we continue to be very satisfied with her performance.

We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards.
