She had great knowledge of the local area which helped us to feel comfortable with our decision on where to make an offer. I appreciated her ability to communicate via Whatsapp regularly during our research and viewings; and she supported us with the final handover, particularly with regard to the utilities. Any questions that we had were always answered in a very knowledgeable way, but also always with a smile and within a few minutes. Jayde has been recommended to us with the best recommendations, but working with her has far exceeded what we could have expected. Thanks to her we have not only found a really nice apartment, but Jayden has significantly contributed to the fact that HK has become a new home for us in a very short time.
