I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Dorothy showed me exactly as per my brief and was extremely helpful during my search. Being totally new to the city and renting apartments I had looked at over 20 apartment before meeting Dorothy and liked none and with her I finalized just the 3rd flat I saw. She listened to all my needs and was aware of my budget. She was super responsive and extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make my move comfortable. She also has very good interpersonal skills. I can’t thank Dorothy enough and strongly recommend her.

Having just moved to HK from London, my company put me in touch with Flo at OKAY.com which was such a blessing, especially after some of the stories I had heard of agents in HK. From the very start of the process until completion Flo was nothing less than exemplary. She managed very early on to realise exactly what I was after, and filter the viewings appropriately. Anything that needed signing etc she would bring to my office, she just made the process so easy.
