We worked with Rosa McCann to find a suitable apartment to rent in Hong Kong. We greatly appreciated her professionalism, as well as her profound knowledge of the Hong Kong real estate market, her “antenna” for the client’s needs and her valuable contacts. The communication was perfect throughout the whole process, the apartment offers were selected according to our priorities and the apartment viewings were flawlessly prepared. This has reduced the difficult and stressful moments of looking for an apartment to a minimum. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

Carment was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with. He was very transparent and forthcoming throughout the whole process, including when it came to negotiating the rent and fees with the landlord. I would highly recommend Carment in the future.
