Because she knew that our top priority was to find something quickly, she lined up a day of 8+ hours of viewings, and we were able to select an apartment from the crop she showed us on the first day. We were impressed that she took so much time with us and was able to arrange so many viewings in one rather long day. Apart from that, we were delighted that Ruby, in many ways, exceeded the expectations of her job. She showed us many more apartments than she “needed” to, recommended additional districts, assisted with our furniture search and was extremely diligent in coordinating with our landlord to expedite the signing of our lease.
