My partner and I had been looking for a new apartment via another agent/firm for multiple months and were ready to give up hope. We found it impossible to find an apartment that 1) ticked most of our boxes and 2) was even remotely within our price range. Shirley helped me ultimately rent the dream apartment. I was very impressed by her tenacity and her grit to get things done. She knew how to position my background and story to ensure that I could beat another bidder for a rental property (even when the terms were slightly better than mine as i was told). She was also very efficient and effective in sorting out all the small details of renting including gas, water, electricity as well as sorting out insurance. Her eye for properties is also commendable, she can quickly ascertain which features are more important for the client (my wife) and happy wife is happy life.

Everything - she was very nice, listened so carefully to my requirements, was always responsive and found the best properties for. I have already recommended Nita, and will be recommending her to anyone I know who is looking
