Tommy was approachable, polite and not pushy. Although we found an apartment on other platform in the end, we still enjoyed working with him a lot during the process.

Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. She was on top of everything which really helped with my moving process, as I didn't really have to worry about anything. Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006.
