We would like to thank Janis very very much for her support and commitment in understanding our needs, wishes, limitations, timing etc. She was very professional and awesome during the tough process of finding a home and moving from a foreign country. Martina was kind, patient and always available to help. She set up numerous viewings, lists of potential apartments for us and went above and beyond to help us find a new home. This is invaluable, especially as it took us all a long time to find the apartment that best suited my husband and I. We couldn’t be more thankful and grateful.

The one thing I wasn't looking forward to coming back to HK after 3 years spent in London was apartment hunting. I know how bad the offering can be and how time consuming it can get. But Jayde actually made it a very enjoyable experience. She was just amazing, she understood my needs from the beginning, and actually followed my requirements to shortlist a selection of flats (she actually only had to show me 2, both of which I liked, so I had to make a tough decision!). Jayde and OKAY.com are by far the best real estate service I've ever used. Everything was just perfect from the beginning to the end: personalized, fast, efficient and professional!
