I am writing to praise and express my appreciation with the work of Dorothy on one of our residential properties on Hong Kong Island. We are a property investment company and we have been working with numerous agents. Dorothy impressed me a lot with her professionalism, efficiency and kind personality. The handover report is done perfectly with all the nicely taken pictures and captured all the necessary information in full details. Her after service follow up really impressed me the most. Kiara was a pleasure to work with, very professional and highly responsive and I would recommend her to other people (in fact I have recommender her recently to a friend). Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms. The whole process was very smooth for an international move and am grateful for Kiara’s hard work and help. I would definitely work with Kiara again in the future.
