The residents’ clubhouse "VILLA ON THE HILL" located on 2/F to 3/F has 19,720 sq.ft. of facilities that include an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, function room and children’s playroom. There is also a garden area of another 15,858 sq.ft. Finally, a 139-space car park is located on G/F, M/F & 1/F.
