Anil was absolutely fantastic. I have previously had many agents who haven’t listened to what I’m looking for. With Anil, he listened and took the time to ask questions to really get a feel of what we needed in our new home. How we spend our time and what we envisioned the new place to be. He really pulled it out the bag. We got a flat that met all our needs, with no compromising! We are very grateful for the time effort he put into finding what was right for us. Dorothy was a real pro from the outset and we could not have been more pleased with her skills as an agent. She found us a great apartment and we were certainly not the easiest clients to deal with. We had a lot of expectations that were soon crushed after looking at over 20 apartments with other agents who did not listen to our needs and showed us places that were of no interest or out of our price range. Dorothy is a very intuitive agent, as well as a very warm and charming person, and she knew right away which places to show us. She was also great with the negotiations and with following up on utilities, keys, etc. once the deal was done. She made navigating the Hong Kong rental market somewhat of a breeze and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.
