I can't recommend Flo and OKAY.com enough. Moving in HK is difficult enough with the fast pace of the market and the worry that your agent might not have your best interests at heart. Flo has renewed my faith in property agents! Not only did she pay extra attention to my brief and what I wanted, she also gave me good advice. Everything was organised to a tee and she was flexible on schedules—which is so important when you work a tough day job with long hours. Flo also knew the particulars of each flat. She was also instrumental in helping me secure my flat when I knew I wanted it, advising me on how best to handle the negotiation, and helping alleviate all the stresses of moving once we did secure it. She was always two steps ahead of me in knowing what I needed and I can’t thank her enough. For the peace of mind through the process and the new home I’m happily getting settled into, she earned every penny of her fee, and I will 100% be looking to work with her again!

Ning is excellent in understanding your needs and translating them into the perfect apartment. I conveyed my expectations and desires for an apartment and Ning was able to quickly organize a viewing tour. With her wide contacts I received a shortlist of apartments on a link which I could express my preliminary interest. Post which she quickly secured apartment viewing within a couple of days. During each viewing, she provided her impartial comments about the pros and cons of the apartment. It was evident that her goal was to ensure the apartment was a great fit for me. Once I’d decided on the unit she went an extra mile to achieve a fair price as well as sort out the other details such as water and electricity for me. She was a single point of contact that ensured I was able to move in a week from viewing the apartment. The one thing I wasn't looking forward to coming back to HK after 3 years spent in London was apartment hunting. I know how bad the offering can be and how time consuming it can get. But Jayde actually made it a very enjoyable experience. She was just amazing, she understood my needs from the beginning, and actually followed my requirements to shortlist a selection of flats (she actually only had to show me 2, both of which I liked, so I had to make a tough decision!). Jayde and OKAY.com are by far the best real estate service I've ever used. Everything was just perfect from the beginning to the end: personalized, fast, efficient and professional! Can only recommend them! And the next time I need to find a new place I know who to call!
