Andrea was such a great help in finding us an apartment. She quickly clued on to what we were looking for and didn't waste time trying to push us to go with something we weren't happy with. She also gave up her time and waited over half an hour when I was late for an appointment. We really appreciated having someone help us that we trusted, and who actually listened to our requests. After some horrors in HK, we were so happy we found her!

In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. I met with Dorothy twice to look for a flat in Hong Kong. I found her to be very organized and helpful. Both times I was given a list of the properties that were to be viewed outlining the property features. I found this quite useful as it's easy to forget what each property offered after viewing so many! After finding a flat I liked (even though above my budget) Dorothy told me she would help to get me the flat within my price budget as she knew how much I liked it. Dorothy spoke to the Landlord and after 2 days the flat was mine! She helped with many questions throughout the contract signing process and helped setup all the utilities.
