We didn't really know what we wanted, other than 3-bed and more space, Shirley Suk Yin-li helped us through our changing minds: we started in Tin Hau and then settled on Mid-Levels and then, after seeing dozens of places, had a new idea: Kowloon Tong. Shirley stayed with us all the way and showed us some great places all over town (coming with us on MTR as we don't like motor vehicle transport!) and in the end we found the perfect apartment, beyond expectations and a real find. Good job Shirley, thanks for your great efforts, most agents would get frustrated when the client keep changing the budget, the district, the size etc etc. Shirley was also very helpful during the handover process, with utilities and internet and some minor works required. Dorothy provided a great end to end service in us finding suitable accommodation. The engagement started before even we relocated to HK, with her giving us handy tips on what to expect on the ground. The process of inspecting potential sites also went smoothly;Dorothy always providing honest feedback through a customer based lens, and keeping in mind what our requirements were. Equally important was her role as the conduit between ourselves and the property owners at the final stages. All required documents and transactions were recorded and explained in a transparent manner. Her personal touch and insights about living in HK , just made it a really satisfying overall experience. I couldn't recommend her enough.

We have known Dorothy Poon for 2 years now and there isn't enough I can say about how great she is. She has happily assisted us on two moves. She has gone above and beyond her normal job duties in order to make our move easier. She has served as our translator and sometimes our mediator.
