It was a pleasure dealing with Janis in selling my apartment recently. At all times I found her very professional and obliging. One particular aspect that I liked was her proficiency in English which is a major criteria for me in choosing a property agent as it makes things easier with negotiations etc. I would very much like to be able to work with her again in the future.

The property I wanted to sell was rather old so if the agent did not study the property well, it could have been a difficult sale. After she contacted me, the sale was done within 1 week.
