After 4 years in Hong Kong and countless real estate agent interactions, I thankfully found Jayde. Jayde was wonderful to work with - very positive, diligent and perhaps most importantly, patient! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and different neighborhoods in Hong Kong, which is incredibly helpful when you aren’t quite sure where you want to live. Every listing she put forward for my consideration was in line with my needs and appealing. She really listened to my feedback after viewings which saved us both time and energy and allowed us to more quickly narrow in on the perfect home. She was helpful every step of the way, from the offer letter to the actual handover. Jayde was a breeze to work with throughout the whole process of searching for and securing an apartment. Right from the start she was efficient and precise when it came to shortlisting apartments. Jayde was always in constant contact with us and would always respond quickly to queries. Jayde found us the perfect home to rent and it definitely showed when our son said one day “thank you mummy I love our new home!” We will only ever work with Jayde in future.
