Lala was understood our needs and requirements and she shortlisted apartments well accordingly. She is well organised and detailed from beginning to end. What I really like about her is that she followed on things we asked and responded in a timely manner. Her attitude is always professional and very pleasant to deal with. I have already referred my friends to her who are looking for an apartment. In a nutshell, she is great.

If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. Flo is incredibly patient, enthusiastic and professional. Her good sense of humor makes every flat viewing a fun adventure. I would unreservedly recommend Flo to anyone looking for a home. Can't wait to see the market come down so I can work with her all over again!
