I was very happy to have Jayde as my letting agent. The whole process from offer to the final signing of the tenancy agreement went very smoothly and even when we came up against a few stumbling blocks, Jayde was very helpful and quick in coming up with solutions which worked for both me the landlord and the tenants. Gertie was extremely patient with me. She has been working with me trying to find a suitable place for 6+ months. Despite my challenging criteria, she found always new options for me and was flexible with meeting times due to my changing work schedule.
