I’ve known Sayaka since last November 2019 when I’ve arrived in Hong Kong, having work with her in my search for accommodation. She’s always demonstrated responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit. When I’ve explained my needs she was always very attentive and keen to search for the best option based in my needs. Every time I have requested any information or communication required with my current Landlord she is been extremely responsive and delivering a solution in no time.

We had a great experience working with Shirley as our realtor. With Shirley’s extensive experience and knowledge we were able to identify, view, negotiate and close on a deal within a short period of time. She was intelligent and efficient in her approach, and was professional about the way she handled our requests. She took on full responsibility from start to finish and went above and beyond what was required of her. Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful.
