Tommy was excellent. One of the best customer facing people I have engaged with. This started when we were introduced while I was in Singapore. He answered my questions promptly, even on weekends. He took time to explain the process and really listened to my criteria on what I was looking for. Each apartment he showed me matched my specifications. Anil was absolutely fantastic. I have previously had many agents who haven’t listened to what I’m looking for. With Anil, he listened and took the time to ask questions to really get a feel of what we needed in our new home. How we spend our time and what we envisioned the new place to be. He really pulled it out the bag. We got a flat that met all our needs, with no compromising! We are very grateful for the time effort he put into finding what was right for us.
