He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process.
