Ingrid was really friendly, professional, and trustworthy from the start. She was able to show flats on very little notice and as a result, we were able to find a dream flat. She was also very effective at helping us negotiate the price by suggesting we include our photos and write a short biography. As a result, we were able to agree on a great offer. She also made sure that the flat was in great condition, and was able to spot things that needed addressing with the landlord. Thanks to her everything was sorted in time for our move. In addition, she managed to secure one week rent-free for us and gave us a wonderful gift on our moving day. We would definitely recommend Ingrid to anyone looking for a flat in Hong Kong, and will definitely use her services again in the future!

We didn't really know what we wanted, other than 3-bed and more space, Shirley Suk Yin-li helped us through our changing minds: we started in Tin Hau and then settled on Mid-Levels and then, after seeing dozens of places, had a new idea: Kowloon Tong. Shirley stayed with us all the way and showed us some great places all over town (coming with us on MTR as we don't like motor vehicle transport!) and in the end we found the perfect apartment, beyond expectations and a real find. Good job Shirley, thanks for your great efforts, most agents would get frustrated when the client keep changing the budget, the district, the size etc etc. Shirley was also very helpful during the handover process, with utilities and internet and some minor works required. Gertie was extremely patient with me. She has been working with me trying to find a suitable place for 6+ months. Despite my challenging criteria, she found always new options for me and was flexible with meeting times due to my changing work schedule.
