Dorothy showed me exactly as per my brief and was extremely helpful during my search. Being totally new to the city and renting apartments I had looked at over 20 apartment before meeting Dorothy and liked none and with her I finalized just the 3rd flat I saw. She listened to all my needs and was aware of my budget. She was super responsive and extremely accommodating and went out of her way to make my move comfortable. The process of working with her starts with finding the right tenant. Afterward, she worked around the clock to help with contract arrangement, stamp duty, flat inspection, handover, etc. All of them require smooth communication, a heart for details, and work with time differences (my time zone is 8 hours behind that in HK). Helena is always proactive in attitude and extremely thoughtful in all aspects. She is a natural problem solver who is always ready to go the extra mile to help her clients. That is just such a blessing for me who is trying to overcome challenges managing a flat remotely.
