This is the second time Suk-Yin assisted us in finding a home. Suk-Yin is a dependable and knowledgeable real estate agent, and is always well prepared. Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).
