We used more than one agent, but Sonam was the most responsive and showed us the best apartments in Central Mid-levels that met our requirements. Sonam seemed to know the landlord well and have his trust, and she helped us achieve terms that met our parameters. Apart from selecting and securing the property itself, Sonam was also helpful in recommending or referring third parties like movers to assist in our move. Before, during and after the move, Sonam has remained involved in discussions with the landlord, getting renovations completed by him and helping us with utilities and other related matters. She has acted professionally throughout and we continue to be very satisfied with her performance.

She was very efficient in setting up all the viewings and giving me a sense of what’s out there. I can also tell she’s cultivated a lot of relationships with her clients so that she could give me almost first access to some of the available units. She was always super responsive and very proactive about letting me know what I should do or consider.
