Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).

During the house search, his well-connected network opened doors which would not otherwise be possible, which allowed me to get informed first-hand whenever a new listing arose.
