Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, was her ability to really connect to me - not only to understand our requirements, but the reasons behind those requirements. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared.
