Kim has been a massive help to our family -not only helping us to find a house and complete the necessary paperwork but also helping us to settle into life in HK. Jayde’s knowledge of Hong Kong, her flexible, hard-working and upbeat personality and experience in the various paperwork involved in securing accommodations make her an invaluable asset to any apartment or house hunt in Hong Kong. Tommy was extremely helpful and attendant to what we wanted. After contacting us, he quickly put together a collection of flats for us to look at and it really felt that he had listened to us instead of just showing what flats he had available. During all the actual showings, Tommy was delightful and answered all of our questions. He was prompt in preparing all of the utilities, etc afterward when we had selected an apartment.
