Sonam was absolutely fantastic in helping me find home in Hong Kong. First, she is pleasant, balanced and reliable. She does not just communicate for sake of winning business but genuinely tries to understand client’s situation and circumstances, and then customises suitable viewings. She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats. She is quick, communicates effectively and shares her views, often highlighting cons of why a place may not suit despite client going ‘Wow’ at first glance. She is thorough on documentation, commands good understanding of tenancy agreement and market nuances. Nina is brilliant and super efficient and made moving to HK so much easier for us! She quickly grasped what we were looking for and did a fabulous job in finding us the most convenient and safe place to live in a short span of time.
