We found OKAY.com through squarefoot.com and Shirley was assigned as our agent. She sent us multiple apartments that were matching our needs and promptly set up appointments for us to view them. We found our apartment on our first day viewing and Shirley helped to negotiate a deal with the landlady that we were very happy with. Any concerns we had about the apartment she quickly sorted for us and was really helpful with changing over our bills. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
