Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! We do highly recommend her to our friends and families!

Every single inquiry was answered promptly and clearly. Nina placed me into my new home in less than a week and arranged everything that was needed, prepared the paperwork and explained it to me very comprehensively so I just had to sign and move in! She even got me the flat for a better price, I really didn't expect it! I will definitely be asking for Nina's assistance when I next have to move!

As this is the first time we rent from a big corporate, the legal procedure was complicated, Miss Li was able to understand our feelings and offered support along the way.
