My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. My cooperation with Dorothy from OKAY.com has been exceptionally pleasant and fruitful. In less than a week's time I went from a potential property visit schedule to a signed rental contract. Dorothy helped on everything including all the necessary documentation, communication with landlords and bargaining of the price to a reasonable level. While I was in Europe, she opened accounts at utility companies on my name, and I just had to sign everything at arrival and property handover.
