Josephine has been brilliant in helping us find an apartment that works for our family. She was always available within the minutes to take us for apartment viewing. She took time to explain to us any legal, government related policies that we need to be aware off. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements.
