I was very happy to have Jayde as my letting agent. The whole process from offer to the final signing of the tenancy agreement went very smoothly and even when we came up against a few stumbling blocks, Jayde was very helpful and quick in coming up with solutions which worked for both me the landlord and the tenants. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.

Suk Yin was very patient and very professional. She tried to propose different options to match my need, and offer useful advice. She has been very helpful on the whole process.
