This is the 3rd time Andrea has helped us with a search. In the world of tenants that equates to 6 years. For the first two rounds we ended up renewing with our existing home. We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible. Anil is very focused and determined. He takes the extra steps to do proper research and really understands what the buyer/renter is looking to for. The "diamond in the rough". His response and thoroughness is top notch. Would highly recommend him if you're looking to find the perfect place!
