Ning was excellent being astute, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed the experience with her as our agent. In particular she did a great job in understanding our needs while sharing her knowledge / expertise of the market, down to the particular neighbourhoods. Nina showed us several potential places upon our first exploratory trip to Discovery Bay, quickly learning what we, as newbies to Hong Kong, found important in a potential apartment. In the 6-month period between our visit and effective move, Nina informed us on all available premises that met our standards - with each proposition being a real potential hit. As we have two young children we were unable to fly back out to HK to sign the rental contract but Nina helped us through all the formalities while we were on the other side of the world - including a real-time video tour for our final selection. When arriving in Discovery Bay, we had more assistance than one could imagine, the water, gas and electricity were arranged, and Nina was awaiting us with her super golf cart to help us get our luggage to the apartment. Even today, 4 months later, Nina is still there for us in case there are any issues. She has been a real force that takes the headache out of moving.

My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done. I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked.
