I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. We have known Dorothy Poon for 2 years now and there isn't enough I can say about how great she is. She has happily assisted us on two moves. She has gone above and beyond her normal job duties in order to make our move easier. She has served as our translator and sometimes our mediator.
