Andrea was such a great help in finding us an apartment. She quickly clued on to what we were looking for and didn't waste time trying to push us to go with something we weren't happy with. She also gave up her time and waited over half an hour when I was late for an appointment. We really appreciated having someone help us that we trusted, and who actually listened to our requests. After some horrors in HK, we were so happy we found her!

Being new to the city, I would like to sincerely thank Jack for his professional guidance and support during all the viewings and for always putting our interests on the forefront. Jack always helped us by going an extra mile to provide us with the best service in securing our “home” in Hong Kong. Many thanks and I wish him all the best with your prospective clients. Nina Schulte-Mattler as well as OKAY.com as a whole did a brilliant job finding my first flat in Hong Kong. Nina is a very respectful, attentive and efficient partner.
