She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!

Flo's help to find an apartment was exceptional. Not only did she listen to my requirements and deliver a number of options meeting the criteria, she was also always on hand to offer support through the process.
