Janis Tsim 詹啟佩

Janis is a native Hong Konger and a well experienced property consultant and business woman. She earned 2 Bachelor degrees in Economics and Business Administration in the US. Upon returning to Hong Kong after graduation, she worked in the apparel industry and managed three sourcing and merchandising teams between Hong Kong and China for over 8 years. In 2010, Janis decided to follow her passion for real estate, embarking on a new page of her career with Ka Hing Properties which focused on the Sai Kung and Clearwater Bay area. She later joined Hong Kong Sotheby’s International Realty to cover high-end luxury properties in Hong Kong where she gained 6 years of valuable experiences.

With insight into the fast changing world of technology, Janis decided to join OKAY.com to further pursue her career in real estate alongside advanced technology where she could fully utilize her skills to provide her clients with a dynamic, efficient and effective service.

Janis is well versed in anticipating the challenges of market movements. She dedicates herself to connect and communicate with people of all nationalities, and her proven ability to negotiate deals, together with a strong financial acumen gained from her previous positions all add to the high level of service she offers her clients.

Janis speaks fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua. She enjoys the sun and communes with nature, and is a passionate and positive person with a wide range of hobbies including listening to music, art jamming, wine tasting and water and winter sports.
