Sai Kung District is comprised of Clear Water Bay and Sai Kung peninsulas on the east coast of Kowloon and offers a unique blend of traditional and modern elements. Many apartments for rent or rental houses are high-priced mansions in proximity to Sai Kung's hotels, restaurants, or even Sai Kung's Bus Terminal. Village houses are usually pet-friendly and have high-efficiency ratios as the village houses must not exceed three floors and the area per floor must not exceed 700 square feet, so space is utilised to its best.
