
The developer also re-launched a bare-shell unit on the sixth floor for tender. This unit is sized at 5,199 sq. ft. (saleable) with a new reference price of HK$ 411 million (HK$ 78,800 per sq. ft.). The reference price has increased by 2.5% compared with the old reference price during its first launch for tender earlier this year.
The third unit being put on the market for tender is a Flat B duplex unit sized at 4,819 sq. ft.. The reference price of the duplex unit is HK$500 million (HK$ 100,370 per sq. ft.).
The monthly management fees in the building amount to HK$ 68,600 or HK$ 14.2 per sq. ft., the most expensive in Hong Kong. Swire will start accepting applications on 4 November 2014 and the tender closing date will be 4 December 2014.
