Kiara was a pleasure to work with, very professional and highly responsive and I would recommend her to other people (in fact I have recommender her recently to a friend). Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms. The whole process was very smooth for an international move and am grateful for Kiara’s hard work and help. I would definitely work with Kiara again in the future.

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible. Personal service at its best - Jayde Pamuk really promoted the flat when it was on the market and always gave feedback when a potential client viewed the property as well as giving her own personal helpful comments.
