Completed in 1988 to 1989 by Chyau Fwu Group in partnership with architecture firm Wong Tung & Partners, the development comprises 18 residential towers encircling a large garden and clubhouse. Residential floors span from 1/F to 23/F and have 2 to 6 units per floor with a saleable area of 887 sq.ft. to 2,308 sq.ft. Some units have a balcony and the top floors have private rooftops. A resort-style clubhouse offers wide variety of facilities, including restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, gymnasium, squash court, table tennis room, rock climbing room and game zone. A multi-storey car park is located on the lower levels.
