My wife and I relocated to Hong Kong in 2016 from the Cayman Islands. We spent a few weeks in Hong Kong looking for possible locations in May 2016 and having decided on Discovery Bay asked Nina to help us find a perfect premises for our needs.Nina showed us a selection of properties that all met the specifications, helped us chose one, negotiated an arrangement with the landlord and another agent, organised all the paperwork, sorted the opening of utility accounts, picked up the keys and checked the property, met us when we arrived and welcomed us to DB. She kept in touch during our first month to ensure all was well and was full of useful advice. I can't recommend her highly enough. Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups.
