Working with Jayde and OKAY.com was a great experience. Jayde helped me find a great flat in a great location at a competitive rate, which was exactly what i was looking for! Personal service at its best - Jayde Pamuk really promoted the flat when it was on the market and always gave feedback when a potential client viewed the property as well as giving her own personal helpful comments. Vion was very accommodating and helpful. She didn't push me to get a particular place but instead gave me the space to consider which apartment I like. She also helped to look out for blind spots (e.g. fridge not working, water pipes not working, missing bulbs etc) which I was not as familiar with. Finally, Vion was also very helpful and helped me to secure furniture and arrange for movers to bring the furniture into my new place (and oversaw the move as I was overseas). I'm very pleased with how helpful and above and beyond that Vion went to, and would highly recommend her to my friends.
