Our experience with Andrea couldn't be more different to what we experienced with other agents who were pushy and had bad follow up. Andrea listened and asked good questions about our lifestyle and needs/wants, more importantly, every time we stepped into a property, she was as engaged as us and would look around and check the place thoroughly to make sure there were no unpleasant surprises. Once she identified our needs and interests, she offered many appropriate sites for viewing. During our viewing of properties, she offered much valuable and honest opinion for our consideration. Miss Li is quick in responding to our messages and calls which we deeply appreciated. As this is the first time we rent from a big corporate, the legal procedure was complicated, Miss Li was able to understand our feelings and offered support along the way. Moving is such a dreadful process, but with Miss Li’s great help, the stress has been lightened, and we are truly grateful for that.
