It was a great pleasure to lease our apartment with Flo from OKAY. She was extremely well organized and we were amazed by her paperwork and efficiency! We were pleased to see her dedication and commitment- how she meticulously went through all details to make sure that all utilizes are set up and in proper working condition on behalf of the tenant. It’s my pleasure to offer my unreserved recommendation for Ms. Sayaka Tajuddin. I’ve known Sayaka since last November 2019 when I’ve arrived in Hong Kong, having work with her in my search for accommodation. She’s always demonstrated responsibility and entrepreneurial spirit. When I’ve explained my needs she was always very attentive and keen to search for the best option based in my needs. Every time I have requested any information or communication required with my current Landlord she is been extremely responsive and delivering a solution in no time.

She genuinely wanted to help find us our perfect apartment, which included all of the items on our wish-list/criteria. We stayed in contact with Jayde for around 6 months before she found us our amazing apartment in Happy Valley. She had so much patience when showing us SO many apartments during our house hunt! We can't thank her enough. We have referred a lot of friends and colleagues to work with Jayde and they have had very positive experiences with her too.
